Yes - It does. No errors. But I really can't wait 20 days without a running system. I waited for 3 days for a reaction then I had to reinstall 9.10 - now it works.
Hope no one else will suffer from this strange bug... But since the distro upgrade did not work I'll no longer recommend upgrading ubuntu to my friends...
