I am sorry, the problem is allready resolved. There was KDE keyboard ufortunately switched to "slow keys" or something (during sleep with the laptop in the bed :-) ). After two days of waiting and restarts and waiting and restarts had some dialog apeared with instructions to disable it and then everything went ok.
Maybe add some visualisation of this "ultra special modes" on desktop. Thank you.
