Good news: problem solved. :-) I moved all files from my ~/Ubuntu One folder, then reinstalled completely *ubuntuone* packages and copied files back. I faced another issue (attached file) but it was probably just some temporary problem with connection. Now everything works great. I think this bug affected only people using BETA who had some files in ~/UO folder before they updated to stable.
