whatever it is, it isn't in 9.04 - I had to reload as Lucid was crashing when loading X during an auto logon startup so I re-installed to 9.04. Updated the system, installed the usual additions, and then actually managed to complete an NAS backup without the network hanging. First time that has happened since I last had 9.04 on the machine.
