I notice a major bug in the network manager or related files. When installing a WEP Key, and the characters are Hexidemical and in 64 bit encryption, all the characters should not allow you on the network if the characters are out by one or two characters. In this case the 10 digital hexidemical, they still allowed myself to connect to the network after two days then it says it was not possible. There was no other software installed that would have cause the error or anything installed that cause the fault. I change the code example.123456789C to 123456789B.
I am running Ubuntu 9.04.0 with a TP-Link Wifi router from TP-Link -- NetworkManager not accepting WEP key in 9.10 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/477081 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
