Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

Using Evolution for multiple e-mail addresses, and upon logging into the
app this evening, discovered that it had duplicated every Inbox message
entry (multiple times). Can't delete the duplicates, because those
messages don't actually exist. Also shows 1 'unread' message in the Junk
folder when there is no message showing in the folder.
