Public bug reported:
After upgrade from Ubuntu 9.04 to 9.10 I can't boot in 2.6.31-17 kernel.
After loading of initrd.img file it is no folder /dev/disk/by-uuid and GRUB
can't load kernel.
As workaround I can load with 2.6.28-17 kernel.
