After reading up on this card, I no longer feel this issue is related to
Linux or Network Manager. It seems that the card only works with
802.11n if the router is using 802.11n mode only, otherwise it must be
disabled, and this is for all operating systems. This is probably true
for most intel wifi 51** connection issues here. My router doesn't use
802.11n technology.
