Anish, is there a bug report open for DSL connections not working at all in Ubuntu? If so, please let us know the bug number - that is relevant to this report. What I said in my previous statement is that this bug is a request to have important documentation added, not to provide technical support. What we need is directions on how DSL connections are supposed to be setup in Ubuntu - if the problem is widespread enough, we will document that the instructions currently don't work, but they still need to be there. I hope that clears things up.
