Binary package hint: grub
I upgraded my ubuntu karmic kernel to 2.6.31-16-generic. The
installation script exited with error code 2, but the new kernel is
working. However, after this "failed" installation, if I do an upgrade
(with update-manager or aptitude update/upgrade) then every new program
updated succesfuly, but the kernel update error message visible every
time, and the system want a restart because of the new kernel
installation.
