Hi Ákos!
It seems that at some point you started the ubuntuone-client being root.
You should fully stop the client, change the ownership of the files to
your user, and start the client again.
So, I'm marking this bug as invalid. Feel free to reopen it or open a
new bug if something like this happens to you again.
