At suspend pm-suspend says:
/usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/01PulseAudio suspend suspend: Sorry, user root is not 
allowed to execute '/usr/bin/pacmd' as random on wonko.

i'm not sure how to go about fixing this problem.
