Sorry, but I don't think my case is the same of bug 119899.
Users says filters doen't work when they click on "Run Filters on Folder".

My problem is a little bit different: Run Filter move imap's unread
messages. If I read messages with browser and (then) I download messages
with thunderbird, downloaded unread messages won't be moved on respectly
