Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

When i plugin my phone to the computer to use it to surf - wich works
really well - network-manager produces a notification saying
"disconnected from ESSID" where the awaited behaviour should be to give
a notification with something like "USB phone / modem connected"
