Public bug reported:

I use Ubuntu Karmic, my problem is that when I maximize a window of KDE
application (like Krusader) and restart it, it looses window decoration;
I'm then unable to restore it (even unmaximizing gives no effect); the
only way to restore it is to remove a configuration file of a particular
app (from .kde/share/config/APPLICATIONrc). I use compiz.

I'm talking about KDE4 apps, KDE3 ones work fine.

Steps to reproduce:
1) run kfontviewer, krusader etc.
2) maximize its window
3) close the application
4) run the application again

Effect: no window decoration

Expected result: a usual maximized window with decoration
