dcam, I am wondering if this is similar to problems I have had in karmic. Often, I could get them to work by doing a modprobe of the relevant module.
i.e. if my USB mouse wasn't working, I could press Alt-F2 and type gksudo modprobe usbhid or if a USB Flash drive, Alt-F2 gksudo modprobe usb-storage Do either of the above work for you in their respective situations? -- karmic doesn't consistently respond to USB devices connected https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/481489 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
