I am running Ubuntu Netbook Remix (UNR) 9.10 (Karmic) from a USB stick.
I had followed the instructions at

http://www.pendrivelinux.com/create-a-ubuntu-9-10-live-usb-in-windows/
This error report comes up on occasion after closing lid, going to Suspend, and
then reopening lid and waking from Suspend. It may happen when wireless signal
had been lost during the Suspend time (moving too far from router or turning
router off).
I will try to update this bug report if I can figure out consistent steps to
reproduce it. I will also see if the same issue occurs after I install UNR on
the Netbook's the hard disk.
In the meantime, I am filing it in case other owners of Netbooks like
this have similar issues.
