Binary package hint: apport
Using Opera 10.10 x86_64 as the default browser, apport fails to launch a new
window in a running instance of Opera.
Running ubuntu-bug (with Opera running) displays "opera: Activated running
instance", but nothing happens in Opera.
When Opera is not running, it works as intended. That is, Opera is
started with the correct url.
