Hi Michal,
The warning reported here (see your OopsText.txt file) typically
indicates that it took longer for your system to resume from suspend
than expected. I believe there is a 10 sec barrier which your system
likely exceeded. I notice in your dmesg output "PM: resume devices took
11.960 seconds". A patch to prevent this warning has been applied via
bug 464552 but unfortunately you still have exceeded the 10sec barrier.
As a result I'm marking this is Triaged for further investigation.
