Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kubuntu-notification-helper
Rationale: This is a replacement for update-notifier-kde (in main) that fulfills the Kubuntu Lucid Development spec (https://wiki.kubuntu.org/Kubuntu/Specs/LucidDevelopment) Should be fairly straightforward.
