I think there is something wrong with your card initialization , So
could you excute as these and give me the dmesg:
1. cd rtl8192se_linux_2.6.0013.1204.2009
2. vim HAL/rtl8192/rtl_core.c and modify rt_global_debug_component as
this:
u32 rt_global_debug_component = COMP_INIT |\
COMP_ERR ;
3. make install
4. ./wlan0down
5. ./wlan0up
6. dmesg -c
