Public bug reported:

I'm trying to report a bug where 'iwlagn' hogs my CPU

PID USER PR NI VIRT RES SHR S %CPU %MEM TIME+ COMMAND

  903 root 15 -5 0 0 0 R 99 0.0 104:05.39 iwlagn

However, iwlagn being not a program, I can't use ubuntu-bug in any ways:

  ubuntu-bug 903
The specified process ID does not belong to a program.

  ubuntu-bug iwalgn
  Package iwlagn does not exist

and worse than that, clicking on the "report a bug" button on the right
in this page https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/ leads me back to this
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs instead of a bug
submission form.

And I can't find a way to submit a new bug outside of a package in
Ubuntu...
