Well, I did read the output, and said in my bugreport that:
>texlive-formats-extra (no format for `mltex')
>texlive-lang-polish (no format for `utf8mex')
>texlive-full
>This is output of reinstallation of texlive-formats-extra, the outputs of the
>/tmp/texlive.* files are shown above ("no format for ...")
>... the output
so just to make it clear: "no format for `mltex'" is the complete
content of the /tmp/texlive.* file for texlive-formats-extra, and "no
format for `utf8mex'" is the complete content of corresponding
/tmp/texlive.* file for texlive-lang-polish :-)
