* add /etc/apparmor.d/tunables/home.d/likewise-open to adjust HOMEDIRS.
- add debian/apparmor.homedirs
- debian/rules: install apparmor.homedirs
- debian/likewise-open.dirs: create etc/apparmor.d/tunables/home.d
- debian/likewise-open.install: add tunables/home.d/likewise-open to
likewise-open package
