Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: j2re1.4
[Ubuntu 7.04 Herd4, OpenOffice 2.0 Base, openoffice.org 2.1-4ubuntu1]
Using Debian Etch, I made a HSQL database and a form to manipulate it. It
worked all right. This week I migrated to Ubuntu 7.04 Herd. First I could see
my database but I could not open it. I installed the Ubuntu-DEB program package
j2re1.4. When I call menu Applications > Office > OpenOffice Base, a form
opens showing the name of my HSQL database. When I press the 'Open' button, my
hard disk LED will light up, then extinguish and the form vanishes from the
desktop. Repeating to call my database, OpenOffice.org produces another form
showing the name of my data base and offers to restore my database. I agree.
The restauration will be successful. This two-step process persists.
