Binary package hint: mountall
I'm still experiencing #474907 but in the meantime I notice that both
network-manager and avahi-daemon are starting and crashing.
This is because they both rely upon libraries in /usr/lib -- which has
not been mounted (and thus I'm thrown into the mountall-shell).
/etc/init/network-manager.conf has a depends on 'local-filesystems'
and
/etc/init/avahi-daemon.conf has a depends on 'filesystem'
But both are started.
