Public bug reported:
Lucid lynx alpha 2 - kernel 2.6.32-9-generic has a mountall error
stating that "mountall cannot connect to plymouth" This is followed by
the message "run-parts: /etc/update-motd.d/91-release-upgrade exited
with return 1". I am left in tty1 and am not sure how to output log
files from there, although I may be able to access some from my karmic
installation. Happy to provide any logs etc. if someone can give me
explicit instructions on what would be helpful.
System - Gigabyte ma-ga770 ud3 Mobo ; AMD 4800+ CPU ; Nvidia 8600GT GPU
