Make sure you don't have the kill switch on the side of your
machine cut on. That could be your issue..if the rfkill switch is on then
wireless isn't going to work.
I wish I could tell you something. But as mentioned
before I have the exact same 5350 card you have and it works without
issue in 9.10. What do you mean by it not working ? Are you able to see
wireless networks? or is the issue you can't connect to a specific AP?
