Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: software-center
Initially I had a problem about the Software Center, wherein it just gave the
msg "waiting for other pkgs ...etc."
I resolved that by running 'sudo dpkg --configure -a'.
But subsequent attempts to install from the Software center, gives an error msg
after about 3% with the following msg -
"E:I wasn't able to locate a file for the ia32-libs package. This might mean
you need to manually fix this package. (due to missing arch): "
Will someone pls help?
I basically need to load a few plugins for playing mp3 files and also few other
browser plugins like flash, java, etc.
Pls help.. Thanks
