Public bug reported:

Choosing keyboard shortcut for changing keyboard layout in keyboard prefs 
(alt+shift for example)
disables all keyboard shortcuts involving  these keys (alt+shift).

How to reproduce:
1) set alt+shift for changing keyboard layout
2) see that alt+shit+tab for changing windows backward doesn't work  
3) assign ctrl+alt+shift+f1 for moving window to workspace 1 and see that this 
shortcut doesn't work
4) remove alt+shift for chaning keyboard layout and 2) and 3) begin to work
