Hi,
After taking a closer look to the installed packages, you have
1.0.2-0ubuntu1 version, but 1.0.2-0ubuntu2 is already available in the
karmic updates.
could you try:
1) sudo apt-get update
2) please paste the output of:
apt-cache policy python-ubuntuone-client
apt-cache policy ubuntuone-client-gnome
3) sudo apt-get updgrade
