I am not part of BugSquad, so I cannot mark as triaged. I have changed
it to Confirmed. This means this codec has been confirmed not to work
with ffmpeg.

hardly, as it seems nobody is really working on it. I would have set it
to 'confirmed' or maybe 'triaged' (at most)
