Right, if you want to file a bug you need to specify -f. apport-bug does that for you, and also selects an appropriate frontend. > apport-cli itself or the documentation broken? I think the synopsis points it out well enough, and there's a detailled description of all the options. But if it's unclear, I'm happy to accept/do clarifications in the manpage.
