No problem, it's easy to read it like that. Since the traverso alsa driver uses the pcm_mmaped based function, pulseaudio doesn't work out of the box. I hope they implement that some time.
If native PulseAudio support would be really important, then some example source code would be very nice, specially if it follows the Driver model used by Traverso (which is basically the same as the Driver model of jackd) Or patches to make Traverso AlsaDriver not use mmapped access exclusively (afaik the jack people think/thought that the mmapped based alsa functionality was the only good way.. ?)
