I don't know what causes the crashes.
I could find no instructions on how to upload the file below until it appeared
that I had submitted this report. I went back to add the file. I would be
easier on people that don't understand the system if some instructions were
added about the upload earlier. The only reason I am submitting a report is
that the file may give you more information than I have about why Firefox is
crashing with some frequency.
/var/crash/_usr_lib_firefox_firefox-bin.1000.crash
Firefox will sometimes even crash if the computer is left running for a
few days with nothing happening.
