The funny thing is that when I turn off WiFi and Bluetooth using manual switch, the option "Enable wireless" is no longer grayed-out! When I re- enable it, it's gone again. It should be the opposite I guess...
It used to work before (on Karmic, too). I had to reinstall Karmic and now it's broken. I use Broadcomm STA driver, my lspci shows this: "0c:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4312 802.11b/g (rev 01)" I use Dell Latitude E6500. It's a really blocking bug, I cannot do my work at University campus because of all that. Please, make the priority higher. -- "Enable wireless" greyed out in nm-applet https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/473215 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
