That's caused by the seed having been changed to drop the text installer.
The build scripts are still putting a lot of stuff in the DVD image that they
shouldn't, including the option to install the LTSP server and the workstation
using the text installer.
I expect to have these two options gone by alpha-3 and replaced by their
equivalent in the graphical installer.
