Binary package hint: update-manager
update manager crashed while my machine was just sitting there. I have 7
updates available. I have a pretty clean install of ubuntu (just
installed a week or two ago).
update manager has been acting funny today. it tells me which updates
are available, but when I want to find out what the changes for the
update are, it just sits there, eventually (after several minutes)
saying it was unable to download the update description.
