Thank you for reply. I made this operations yesterday (removed broken files form /var/lib/dpkg/info/ - they had 0b size) Reinstallation of all needed packages resolved my issue. But i think that this method couldn't be considered as a Bug Fix. It's just a workaround. I experienced the same problem (installing virt-manager) earlier in Ubuntu 9.04 And in 9.10 this bug still happens...
