Pepe, you're right, there is indeed a certain degree of correlation between the duration of the suspend state and the probability of a failure to resume. When the device has been suspended for a whole day or even longer, it will resume successfully only very rarely. When it's been suspend only for a short time, chances are it will resume just fine.
