In 1.7x, -1 is the default value until the tracker responds and provides the real values. Ideally this should be displayed as "Unknown" or some other human-readable string. From your description, it sounds like what's happening here is the tracker is not filling in these values for some reason.
As a side effect of 1.80's new ability to announce to trackers in parallel (http://trac.transmissionbt.com/ticket/1699), the display of these fields is now done on a per-tracker basis, with no number given until the tracker has responded. So I am closing this ticket because the bug has been fixed in the latest development version of Ubuntu - Lucid Lynx. It won't be fixed in previous versions of Ubuntu because this is a cosmetic issue that doesn't fit the requirements for backporting. See https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuBackports for more information. Thank you again for taking the time to report this issue. ** Bug watch added: Transmission Trac #1699 http://trac.transmissionbt.com/ticket/1699 ** Changed in: transmission (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Fix Released -- -1 as number of seeders, leechers and times finished https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/507131 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
