Binary package hint: kdebluetooth

If you start your system with bluetooth disabled and you enable it via 
wireless-switch after startup kbluetooth will not start.
you have to start it manually via krunner: kbluetooth.

expected behavior:
bluetooth-icon appears in systray when bluetooth gets switched on.
