Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: software-center
I was trying to install two programs of which one was near completion of
the download. The system then crashed so I restarted (just doing too
many things at once). After I restarted, when I try to install the same
programs underneath the program name is stated <<waiting for other
software managers to quit>> I am unaware of any other managers running
at this time.
Cheers
