Hello Xen, I have your same problem. I'm using as a workaround the following commands: killall -9 pulseaudio sudo alsa force-reload with these commands, my external and internal microphones start working again (well, they usually die again after 10 minutes.. but it's still something). Hope to find soon a better solution.
