Hi Glenn, thank you for reporting this to us. Is this still a problem
for you? Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release, or perhaps with the
latest Live CD of the development release, Lucid Lynx? If so, can you
run "apport-collect 157467" and allow it to pull in the informaiton by
allowing Launchpad to "Change Anything". You may also need to install
python-launchpad-integration first. Also, can you provide the
information that Steve asked for too please? Thank you in advance.
