This seems like a no brainer to me.  If one wants to remove all traces
of a package (including config files), it makes perfect sense that
they'd want to do the same for the dependencies.  Make it a preferences
option if nothing else...

As it stands, one has to go back and purse the dependencies in a
separate step...
