I can confirm this new behaviour, although I believe all of these bugs (Bug
#500975 , Bug #499815 , Bug #501020 & Bug #502017 - amongst many others) are
directly related.
Whilst the server-side issue reported in Bug #501020 is being worked on we may
see slightly different behaviour from time to time when syncing notes to the U1
server.
