* Code is re-written in python, hence packaging changed accordingly.
* Added manpages for monajat-applet & monajat-mod
* Added patch desktop.diff to:
+ Remove Encoding field.
+ Add X-Islamic-Software category.
+ Replace irrevelant categories with Utility.
* debian/copyright: Updated & converted to machine-readable format.
