I have the same problems, the Internet seems to work very intermittent, it works for a few seconds at a reasonable speed and then slows to next to nothing for a few minutes. Takes a minute or more to open a web page. Updating is not possible it seems to take hours to do even a minor update. Upgraded from Jaunty and did a fresh install of Ubuntu Karmic Koala. Both wireless and Ethernet connection are effected. Windows XP on the same machine with the same connections is behaving normal. This is not really workable.
