Binary package hint: scim

I just uploaded scim 1.4.9-2 to Debian unstable.  There are two main
changes when compared to -1:

* all Ubuntu-specific changes and patches were pushed back allowing us to sync 
again instead of merging
* compilation failure with gcc 4.4 fixed
